Le Mortier
Ehden village centre (Al Midan), Coast & Mountains·4.4(260)·$$$$
About
A cornerstone of Ehden's summer scene since 1977, Le Mortier is a warm, family-run house known for honest homemade northern-mountain cooking - piles of fresh mezze, kibbeh, tabbouleh and charcoal grills. Tables spread onto a terrace with views over the Qadisha valley and the cedar-clad slopes, and the kitchen leans on produce from the surrounding highlands. It stays open from late morning into the night, filling with local families and returning diaspora through the season.
