Born from the Souk el Tayeb farmers' market, Tawlet in Mar Mikhael is a social enterprise where a guest cook from a different Lebanese village takes over the open kitchen each day. Diners share a generous all-you-can-eat buffet of authentic regional mezze and home cooking at communal wooden tables. Proceeds support small farmers and rural producers across the country.
