Temple of Jupiter, Baalbek
Baalbek Acropolis, Zahle & the Bekaa·4.7(470)·$$$$
About
The principal temple of the Baalbek triad was the largest ever raised in the Roman world; today six of its original columns still soar some 20 metres above the great court, an unforgettable silhouette against the Bekaa sky. Reached across the hexagonal forecourt and great altar court, it anchors the northern end of the acropolis. Included with the Baalbek ruins ticket.
