About
Founded in 2006 by Saint-Émilion-trained winemaker Sébastien Khoury, Domaine de Baal farms six organic hectares at around 1,150 m on the clay-limestone slopes just above Zahlé, facing the Bekaa Valley. Winemaking is low-intervention — wild fermentations, no fining or filtration and low sulphur — giving layered, gastronomic reds and whites. Visits and tastings are arranged directly with the estate by appointment.
