Maqam El Nabi Ayoub (Shrine of Job), Niha
About
High above the village of Niha, this cream-stone sanctuary shelters the tomb of the Prophet Job (Ayoub) beneath a cupola crowned with the coloured Druze star. Revered across faiths as a symbol of patience, it draws pilgrims who tie ribbons to an ancient arbutus tree and collect water from its spring for blessing and healing. Ringed by Chouf peaks and forest, the setting rewards visitors with sweeping mountain views.
