Khan al-Khayyatin (Tailors' Khan)
Old City souks, Coast & Mountains·4.5(210)·$$$$
About
Dating to 1341 and possibly built over a Crusader hospital, this long semi-open passageway of tall pointed arches is one of Tripoli's oldest khans. Whitewashed and restored, it still shelters tailors, drapers and small workshops selling fabric and traditional dress. Golden light filtering through its open bays makes it a favourite for photographers.
