About
Founded in 1990 by the Touma family, Château St Thomas (Clos St Thomas) farms about 65 hectares on hills above the western Bekaa near Kab Elias, at more than 1,000 metres. Guided visits take in the vineyards, the barrel cellars and the little St Thomas chapel, ending with a tasting of the estate's reds, whites and its well-known arak. Tours run Monday to Saturday.
