Sept Winery — Biodynamic Estate & La Table Sept
About
Founded by self-taught winemaker Maher Harb in the mountain village of Nehla at around 950 m, Sept is Lebanon's first biodynamic winery and a pioneer in reviving indigenous grapes such as Obeideh, Merweh and Zitani. Visits pair a walk through the vineyards and cellar with a tasting of the natural, single-variety wines. La Table Sept, the intimate on-site kitchen, serves seasonal mountain dishes with sweeping views to the sea.
